DoerCryo's new ASU (Air Separation Unit) has been delivered to customer's site early June, 2022. Developed for oxyfuel (oxygen-enriched) combustion for a steelmaker in Jilin, Northeast China. Capacity: 6,000 Nm3/h gaseous oxygen, 260 Nm3/h liquid oxygen of 99.6% purity; and 6,000 Nm3/h nitrogen of 99.999% purity,
Time scheduled for commissioning is in Aug, 2022. Features of the project: Cold box will be assembled on the site with three sets of prefabricated cold box components, saving the installation time and lowering the installation difficulty. Two sets of air compressors are equipped for flexible adjustment of production capacity.
