Conscientiously implement the construction organization design, do a good job in temporary construction management and general layout control, strengthen the management of road and construction water and electricity, and ensure that the construction site environment is safe, standardized, neat and sanitary.★ Strengthen the command and control of the Project Department, organize the construction in strict accordance with the construction organization design and construction technical scheme, implement the construction procedure and network plan, and coordinate the process intersection, connection, labor, machines, materials and other production factors.
★ Carefully implement the provisions in the Safety and Environment Manual and the Safety and Environment System Procedure Document of the company's safety and environment system.
★ The equipment and materials must be placed according to the regulations when entering the site, with the upper cover and the lower pad, and the label accurate. Special materials and equipment shall be protected against damage, moisture, corrosion and other measures, and materials made of special materials shall be clearly marked.
★ Large machines and tools, transport vehicles, etc. shall be stored in designated places. Small machines and tools, "four cylinders", etc. shall be properly kept and placed in order. Surplus construction materials and waste materials shall be stored in an orderly manner. Industrial waste shall be cleaned up in a timely manner, and the construction site shall be kept clean after completion of work.
★ The site safety and fire fighting facilities are complete, and the safety signs are eye-catching. The construction personnel shall carefully implement various safety management systems and fire prevention regulations to ensure construction safety.
★ After the project is completed, all temporary facilities on the construction site shall be removed and returned in a timely manner, and the site shall be cleaned to achieve high standard completion and handover of the project.
★ Seriously fulfill the contract obligations, and simultaneously develop the construction period, quality and service. Under the unified leadership of the construction unit, we will organize our forces to actively do a good job of commissioning tracking and operation assurance and aftercare services to ensure the safe, stable, long-term, full and optimal operation of the plant.
