• The impellers colide with the casing owing to overload and shaft deformation. |
Check the back pressure, the impeller alignment, adjust the impeller clearance. |

• The inpeller and the casing are worn around the inlet. |
Check the filter and the back pressure, increase the gap between the impellers and the casing. |

• The impellers are out of balance due to fouling or foreign matters. |
Clean the impellers and casing to ensure the proper working clearnce of the impellers. |

• The anchor bolts and other fasteners are loose. |
Tighten the anchor bolts and level the foundation. |
