1, Strictly implement the national policy on construction and production, "safety first, prevention first", regularly carry out safety education for workers.
2, Construction operators must carry out safety education before construction, be familiar with safety standards and operating procedures.
3. When entering the construction site, you must wear a safety helmet and wear a safety belt when working at a height above 2m.
4, Feasible grounding protection shall be provided for all electrical machinery, rain protection measures shall be taken for machinery placed in the open air, and regular inspection and maintenance shall be carried out by specific personnel.
5, Good ventilation shall be kept inside the tank. Oxygen and acetylene hose shall not be damaged, and no leakage is allowed.
6. Construction personnel shall apply for approval before entering the tank, wear insulation shoes, and special supervision on the outside shall be arranged.
7, Safe power supply shall be used inside the tank. Wires stretching into the tank and welding wires must be well insulated, to prevent electric shock.
8. Ensure that all lifting tools have good performance, and the strength of lifting cables and clamps must be sufficient.
9, During lifting, all personnel must obey the unified command, internal and external signals must be unified.
10. When expanding the expansion ring, all nodes should be uniform, and the disassembly of the expansion ring should be in step and coordinated.
11. During hoisting, it is strictly prohibited to stand under the working area of the boom.
12. Scaffolding must be set up by special personnel to ensure sufficient firmness and stability.
13,Strengthen the management of inflammable and explosive items. Spacing of oxygen bottles and acetylene bottles shall be more than 5 meters, and more than 10 meters away from any fire source.
14, The construction site must be connected to fire service water, and equipped with enough fire service equipment, for strict fire prevention.
15. Construction personnel should monitor each other in the construction to eliminate unsafe conditions and acts that often lead to accidents.
