The actual production, loading and transportation environment of NG are special, and the safety monitoring process includes three stages: the compression stage, the liquefaction stage and the storage stage of LNG. If a series of dangers arise in the liquefied natural gas plant, the safety monitoring system will link with each safety detection component to locate the danger source and send the feedback to the management personnel port, and start the danger alarm at the manual management personnel's studio. The cameras in the factory will switch to the danger detection mode in coordination with the alarm timing, and voice reminders and instructions can automatically be given to the factory staff when necessary, so as to carry out comprehensive safety protection measures from multiple aspects.

As a cryogenic liquid, LNG must be assisted by a special monitoring system during transportation to ensure the safety on all aspects. In order to ensure that the leakage amount of LNG is kept at a low level, it is necessary to set up emergency cut-off valves in each section of transportation pipelines, which can block the leakage of LNG in time when emergency leakage occurs. In addition to the emergency cut-off valve, relief valve components for pressure protection and leakage protection are also provided. For a single LNG equipment, its own system safety performance is protected and supported. Due to the high requirements of this intrinsically safe design, LNG fires are not common in practice. When any type of safety accidents occur, all kinds of safety protection devices will produce interconnected reaction to ensure the secondary harm in the accident or continue to expand.
